Enterprise Content Management Specialist

The Content Management Specialist is responsible for design, developing and maintaining the Int Tec ICM platform, as well as working with clients in aligning their business requirements with the Int Tec ICM platform.

Additionally, the Content Management Specialist will manage projects relating to these works.

Basic Functions

  • Design/Develop applications in adherence to published standards and development methodologies.
  • Design/Develop within the steps of the system development lifecycle (planning, design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance).
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, business proposals to both internally and to our clients.
  • Designing, and debugging of workflows and external integrations.
  • Front end user interface design.
  • Software testing and quality assurance of software and package updates.
  • Provide training on maintenance and update procedures to clients.
  • Working with clients on solution development and design requirements.
  • Leads and direct others within the team.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Escalate development issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
  • Communicate to customers and internal management: keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes, agreed outages, etc.
  • Maintain specific knowledge of the customer and how our services relate to their business strategy and goals.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of process’s and how it relates to customer’s needs.
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.
  • Work through a daily schedule in ConnectWise.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities required

  • Ability to lead functional discussions and scoping decisions based on best practices for implementing ECM solutions.
  • Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.
  • Knowledge of best practices in all areas of ECM systems including information governance, document management and workflow, records management, Master Data Management
  • Experience with development architecture including specified development technologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining Content Management Systems.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
  • Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Basic Functions

  • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.
  • Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
  • Engineer and implement system solutions for customers using technologies that meet their needs.
  • Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.
  • Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
  • System documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations.

Basic Functions

  • compiling lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources
  • acquiring and updating knowledge of employer’s and competitors’ goods and services, and market conditions
  • visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
  • assessing customers’ needs and explaining the goods and services which meet their needs
  • promoting employers’ ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients
